Salesman – Paper & Paperboard ( Bhiwandi jobs )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team and contribute to the growth of our paper and paperboard business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the paper industry, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
   • Identify and approach potential clients in industries like printing, packaging, publishing, and more.
   • Promote and sell paper and paperboard products based on client needs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
   • Address customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve concerns promptly.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
   • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
   • Assist in devising strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
4. Product Knowledge:
   • Stay informed about the specifications, quality standards, and applications of paper and paperboard products.
   • Educate clients on product benefits and uses.
5. Sales Reporting:
   • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
   • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paper and packaging industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Familiarity with paper grades, sizes, Gsm and applications is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
